‘I Harness The Who’

Who?

I learn from what others have done.  

Have I put it all to use?  Have I learned enough?

No.

Lots more progress to be made.

Did I always learn from others?

No.

I was taught to be self-sufficient.

Not to depend on others.

That doesn’t work.  At least, not enough.  And, takes way too long.

Life is a lot easier when you lean on the back of what others have done, and are doing.

Plus, no one is good at everything.  

Not even me.

It’s time to leverage my time and growth with WHO the right people are.

I have found good people.  

What I haven’t found or recognized is enough great people, GREAT people like my Transaction Coordinator for real estate, who goes way above and beyond.  

I can find more Who are the ‘right’ people, the ‘right’ people Who will get me moving forward through the ‘How’s’.

If I harness the Who, it’s like putting a harness on a team of horses.  

The team that pulls together, gets it done.
