This was a perfect day to experience a major reduction in pain. My 5K bike ride on Tuesday is when I usually have the most pain. Last night I had a video call with Glenn Forman. I was a little skeptical about it at first. But I didn’t know enough to be skeptical. I put my trust in Glenn to lead the way. I asked a lot of questions and participated. The major theme was intent plus releasing or letting go of blocks in my energy pathways. I was intent on alleviating my pain. Glenn facilitated my journey to release the pain in my neck, shoulder and upper back. By the end of our session, I was experiencing no pain at all compared to when we started. In a short period of time, with the help of Glenn, I was able to eliminate pain and start feeling the energy flowing through my body again. Each experience good or not so good serves us in one way, shape or another. As a child we may learn about a hot stove — the hard way, BUT the lesson serves (most of) us in a positive way as we grow older. We learn what to do, and not to do in a safer manner.
Some of our experiences should be let go of…those which have us anchored to an irresolvable past.

Everyone has endured trauma. Not only me. I may have had no choice in which trauma would be mine, BUT I do have a choice in how I will view that trauma: positively or negatively. Victor or victim.
How I view my traumas becomes my reality; becomes my stepping stone or becomes my anchor. My choice. What lessons can be learned through my traumatic experiences are my choice…again. I can either choose to be a victim of circumstance, or a student in the classroom of life. Ignoring past hurts and traumas doesn’t necessarily offer respite from the wounded weary, but dealing with them can and does. Choosing how we will view each hurt, and how we can use it in a positive light moving forward is an individual choice. I’m ‘letting go’ of my negative views of the traumas I’ve experienced, and replacing the negatives with an open minded view… I’m choosing.

Most notably, I am much more relaxed when making financial decisions and more willing to take risks, simply because I no longer feel like a fool with my money! “I had a series of iridology and sclerology photographs made over the course of two years.  This coincided with beginning emotional healing sessions with Glenn Forman.My initial report noted multiple bright red lines, indicators of emotional stress, in the white portion of the eye, the sclera.My Sessions with Glenn Forman were weekly hour appointments on the phone where I would free flow with whatever was on my mind & heart and Glenn would respond with a search to release the cause of tension.

One session began with my dismay at sudden joint pain in all my fingers, preventing me enjoying a clay molding project.  In the span of an hour during the emotional release session, I was surprised to realize that my fingers no longer hurt !

Photo documenting the eyes at six month intervals, the next report indicated significant reduction in emotional stress.  This presented as more faded red lines throughout the sclera.  By the next six month report, the perfusion of red lines throughout the sclera were gone.
