‘I Embrace 37x Growth’ …Travel Along, Day 5

Every day, I learn and grow mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I already embraced 37x growth in those areas. Now, it is past time to add in, and embrace 37x growth both physically and in marketing. Releasing the Resistance.
Physically, I feel like slight differences in appearance are noticeable already. Maybe it’s my imagination. I can live with that.
My body feels better, other than pain that naturally is going to come with this.
Completion, not perfection. Even our personal trainer CJ said he didn’t have a move down. Right now, I am laughing at most of my moves, not even close to perfection.
Being realistic, and living life, upping it 1% at a time.
I keep marveling at how clear my mind feels at present. Just being present to the end of the day as the sun recedes, walking through the yard, listening to the birds, the touch of light tropical breezes.
Curious about what life will provide next. I am content. No expectation. I am happy.
Accepting that life is as it should be based on what has happened to this point, taking the story and disappointments out (radical acceptance), I can move forward to some of what I see ahead: 1) a greatly improved body (lucky me, I was born with a body that for the most part looked good for many, many years without hardly any effort, though now it really does need the effort – ha!), and 2) I am the marketer in my life.
Then, based on what has been accomplished, life will be as it should be, where I have moved forward to.
